It’s a great time to join your life science colleagues and enjoy some of our state’s best beer. \n  \nJeremy\, CFO (Chief Fermentation Officer in charge of the lab)\, will join us for a discussion on the science of beer and lead us on a tour of their brewing lab. \n  \n\n\n\n\nJeremy Sosman \nJeremy Sosman is the Lab Manager at Optimism Brewing Co. He holds a Biology and Public Health Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Minnesota. Growing up in Wisconsin\, Jeremy’s passion for beer stemmed from big beer brands where consistency is key. He recognized the importance of this value after exploring Seattle’s craft beer scene and joining Optimism. Balance\, quality and consistency are the foundation of all of Optimism’s beers because Jeremy pioneered the chemical and sensory testing programs for them.\n\n\n\n  \nTicket price of $20 for members/$35 for non-members includes 2 pints of beer and appetizers. Arrive by 6 PM to be eligible for a fun prize drawing. \n  \nThe is event has limited space. Sign up early to claim your spot.
