Sessions have been designed for patients\, family members and caregivers  who are affected by bone marrow failure disease including aplastic anemia\, PNH\, Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS)\, myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs) and other bone marrow failure diseases. \nSessions will be presented in a hybrid format – in person and virtual. The virtual platform is Zoom. You do not need a Zoom account\, however it does make it easier to access the platform.  Accounts are free and can be used on smartphones\, tablets\, laptops and desktops. \nThe deadline to register for in-person attendance is Wednesday\, May 18\, 2022.
