DESCRIPTION:Have you ever used a genetic tool and wondered what transcriptomic cell types it actually labels in the brain? Now is your chance to help solve this problem\, through our MapMySections data challenge! The challenge is to map serial two-photon tomography images from the Genetic Tools Atlas to spatial transcriptomic cell types in the ABC Atlas. \nAll submissions must be received by 12:00pm (Pacific)\, on May 30th\, 2025 to be considered for the competition.
