2024 Long-Covid Symposium

February 1, 2024 - 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Curious about the differences between Long Covid and chronic infections? The Seattle Flu Alliance is hosting a Long-COVID Symposium February 1, exploring research and clinical aspects of the disease. The event will begin at 4 pm in the Foege Building on the UW campus and will be followed at 5:30 pm with a reception. BBI’s Dr. Helen Chu, professor of medicine at the UW, will moderate. Doors will open at 3:30 PM.

“Our symposium brings together experts with a wide range of perspectives on the effects Long-COVID from hospitals, UW Medicine and public health agencies,” said Chu. “This event will be as enlightening as it will be engaging. I encourage researchers and healthcare professionals to attend.”

There is no charge; registration is now open to the public through the BBI website: https://brotmanbaty.org/events/2024-long-covid-symposium. Please send questions to bbi-events@uw.edu
