Long-Read Sequencing Symposium
November 15, 2023 - 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
BBI is hosting a half-day symposium November 15 on long-read sequencing, with invited and contributed talks on ways long-read sequencing is being used in the Puget Sound region.
Confirmed speakers thus far are:
Dr. Debarshi Mustafi – Seattle Children’s
Dr. Cate Paschal – Seattle Children’s
Dr. Andrew Stergachis – UW Medicine
The deadline for submitting abstracts is October 20; deadline for registration is November 7.
The symposium, sponsored by Oxford Nanopore Technologies, will be held from 1 pm to 5 pm in the Arnold Building on the campus of the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center. A reception will follow.
