The life sciences sector continues to grow in the Puget Sound region despite a slowdown in venture capital funding in the first half of 2022. Dexter Yard is filling up with the Allen Institute as the latest tenant to lease space in the two-building project at 700 Dexter Ave. N. Earlier this summer Dexter Yard owner BioMed Realty said over 40% of the 500,000-square-foot project had been leased.
