Evergreen Bioscience Innovation chose a tentative location for its new headquarters in Spokane’s University District. The organization notes that this may change before plans are finalized.
The 77,000-square-foot building, designed by Spokane-based ALSC Architects PS, is estimated to cost $40 million and plans to include about 55,000 square feet of leasable space over four stories.
Evergreen Bioscience will support the building process with a $200,000 grant it secured in April from Washington’s Department of Commerce Evergreen Manufacturing Growth Grant program.
